To correct this to the extent possible, Sangopita has a visiting Physiotherapist and Speech therapist who take regular sessions for such children. With continued and prolonged therapy, progress in their walk and talking abilities is achievable. However, the visit charges of these professionals is quite high and is beyond the means of parents of the wards. Sangopita also depends on donations for such needs. Physiotherapy – Rs. 460 p.m. Speech therapy – Rs. 200 p.m. Administration cost – Rs. 140 p.m. Total cost for a child – Rs. 800 p.m.
